Founders Award
Most outstanding float built and decorated by volunteers from a community or organization. The Sierra Madre Rose Float Association is proud to announce the winning design concept for our 2023 float, created by Sierra Madre resident Greg Dohlen. The design depicts a papa bear riding in the park with his three curious cubs up a tree.
