Deco Week!
Deco week starts off with putting all dry materials onto the float. Decorating props with seeds, rice and other dry flowers.
Near the end of the 5th or 6th day we have live flowers going on the float, followed by judging 1 and judging 2.
Floatfest
Following the Rose Parade, walk within feet of the floral and animated masterpieces parked along Sierra Madre and Washington Boulevards in Pasadena. Come rain or shine, take a closer look at the design and workmanship that went into each float entry and learn more about the float process from Tournament volunteers on hand. Comfortable walking shoes and early arrival are suggested for this exhibit, spanning over 2 miles of city streets with a moderate incline. No pets or bikes allowed.
For security purposes, all bags will be inspected at the gates. To expedite entry, clear bags no larger than 12x6x12 inches are highly recommended.

It is expected that close to 150,000 visitors will tour the Floatfest: A Rose Parade Showcase. Street parking near the event is extremely limited. To accommodate our guests and to make each visit more enjoyable, the Tournament of Roses Association provides free shuttle service from two locations in Pasadena. Guests using shuttles enter the event through a priority line.

Winter Village Festival 2024
Come enjoy all the season has to offer at Winter Village Fest! 12-8pm in downtown Sierra Madre. Tons of craft vendors for the perfect gift. Food trucks, sledding hill, snow men, Santa and Mrs. Clause and of course, the Sierra Madre rose float with it's royal court.

COME ON DOWN! This is your chance to go to a live taping of The Price Is Right, have your name drawn to go on stage and win prizes!
Why are we going? Well, The Price Is Right will pays us per person to be there. That's right! You're raising money for a non-profit all while having fun!
We will be meeting in Glendale at the studio one hour before call time.

BINGO Fundraiser!
Join us on Saturday, Octorber 19th for a night of excitement and fun at the YMCA on 611 E. Sierra Madre Blvd. Doors swing open at 6 pm and the Bingo extravaganza kicks off at 7:30.
This lively event, hosted by the delightful Queens from Mary’s Hamburgers, promises a spirited atmosphere. A $25 donation grants entrance and includes a spread of pizza, beer, wine, and soda for your enjoyment.
All proceeds will go towards funding our fabulous float. Expect a raucous crowd, myriad prizes, and the kind of fun that leaves you wanting more. Come prepared for an evening of laughter and camaraderie - because if you know, you know!

4th Of July Parade
We will be showing off our progress for the 2025 Float, driving it in the parade. As well as selling roses to benefit the building of our 2025 float. Parade will start on the corner of Sunny side and Sierra Madre BVLD at 10 AM. Parade will be moving east down the blvd ending at the Sierra Madre Rose Float Barn.
We need volunteers to help sell flowers while walking in the parade!
Party in the Park
Morning: 11 am, July 3rd
Party starts for us the morning of July 3rd. Volunteers are needed to help process, clip and vial roses to sell in the 4th of July Parade.
Evening: 5 pm - 8:30 pm, July 3rd
We’ll have a booth by the Beer Garden in Memorial Park from 5 pm until 8:30 pm. Sell merch and plants to support the 2025 float. Let’s celebrate with our Sierra Madre community!
